The Ingeniux User Conference, which took place July 24-26, 2019, brought us three days of informative sessions, great networking opportunities, and enlightening keynotes.
Each year, the conference gives us an opportunity to connect with Ingeniux customers in-person, listen to their feedback, and get to know the Ingeniux user community. Looking for the full gallery of conference photos? Look no further!
Let’s take a look back at the 2019 event…
The Opening Address
On Thursday morning Ingeniux President and CEO, Jim Edmunds, welcomed attendees with the Opening Address and Keynote.
In his presentation, Jim touched on the importance of the Ingeniux user community – and the conference for bringing this community together each year.
Jim then went on to provide the Ingeniux Product Roadmap: a “bird’s eye view” of where Ingeniux software and products are heading.
For those who missed it, here are some key product release takeaways from the Ingeniux Product Roadmap Keynote:

Conference Program Highlights
The conference program featured two additional keynotes this year:
Claudio Guglieri, Group Creative Director at Huge, presented How Far Can We Push It? In this presentation, he explored the human abilities that define how we use technology and consume content, highlighting the potential – and limitations – of modern design and user experience.
Scott Hunter, Director Program Management of .NET at Microsoft, returned to the Ingeniux User Conference this year to present on The Future of .NET. In his presentation, he gave us an inside look at what’s happening at Microsoft and the future of .NET.
Breakout sessions in our Strategy, Development, and Solutions Track covered a wide range of topics, including website accessibility, technical documentation delivery, headless content management, content strategy, SEO, .NET Core, front-end development and much, much more.
The Pre-Conference Workshops, which took place Wednesday, September 23rd, were a huge hit this year. We offered two workshops: Finding Site-Wide Success with Ingeniux InSite Search & Create, Code, Deploy: Mastering Your Dev Environment. Both workshops sold out prior to the conference.
We are blown away by the feedback we’ve gotten so far on this year’s conference program and look forward to bringing an even better line up to 2020’s event.
Eat, Drink, Network… and Put-Put
As always, we kicked off the conference with the Opening Reception on Wednesday evening. After check-in, attendees enjoyed drinks, snacks and a fabulous view of the Space Needle from the Pan Pacific Hotel.
Our big shindig, the Thursday Night Networking Party, took place this year at Flatstick Pub in South Lake Union. The event was a hit, with delicious Ethan Stowell wood fired pizzas and other snacks available for attendees upon arrival.
Highlights of the event were the private bar, photobooth, and all-you-can-play Put-Put Golf!
Site of the Year Awards
We ended the conference this year with the Site of the Year Awards, where we recognize excellence in web experience management using Ingeniux products and solutions.
