This year marks the fifth anniversary of the Ingeniux User Conference. Over the years we've seen the conference grow in many ways. Each year more and more Ingeniux users join us in Seattle for this special event, taking part in a vibrant community dedicated to mastering the art of web experience management.
We've also worked hard to grow the quality and diversity of our programming year after year, bringing in top industry thought leaders and Ingeniux experts to provide a well-rounded program for everyone from marketers to developers and the in between.
The fifth Ingeniux User Conference will take place September 28-30. If you haven't checked out the conference website for event and registration details...
We're celebrating the conference's fifth birthday by pulling out all of the stops for our attendees. Here's what to look forward to at this year's event.
Amazing Keynotes and Guest Speakers
This year we have an outstanding list of keynote speakers and guest speakers presenting sessions at the conference. The list includes industry thought leaders in content strategy, user experience, web accessibility, .Net development, and social media marketing. Check the conference website throughout the summer as we continue to announce our list of speakers!
Last month we announced that Karen McGrane will be joining us as a keynote speaker this year. Karen is a recognized expert and thought leader in the content strategy, information architecture, and interaction design fields.
At the conference, Karen will discuss structured content and why it's important for the multi-device future. If you missed the Ingeniux keynote interview with Karen, be sure to give it a read to hear her thoughts on content strategy and user experience in today's world, what she considers the impending "zombie apocalypse" and more!

New Avenues for Discovery
We've been hard at work this year putting together a program for the conference that addresses the full spectrum of web experience management with Ingeniux and at large.
This year we're shining a spotlight on web accessibility. The web experience management industry, including many of our customers, have increasingly turned their attention to web accessibility over the past few years. This important and fascinating topic will be featured front stage at this year's conference, with presentations from industry experts and Ingeniux customers centered on best practices for web accessibility.
Another area of focus for the conference is structured content and user experience, culminating in Karen McGrane's keynote presentation. Karen has 20+ years of experience in the fields of content strategy, structured content, and user experience. She has led design, content strategy and information architecture engagements for clients such as The New York Times, Conde Nast, Disney, and Celebrity Cruises. We look forward to having Karen at the conference this year to highlight the difference structured content can make in any web content strategy.
As always, Ingeniux experts will be at the conference to present tips, tricks, and best practices for using Ingeniux CMS and Ingeniux Cartella.
Workshops in the X-Lab will provide attendees with hands-on experience in the latest version of Ingeniux software and unique opportunities to work directly with Ingeniux developers and guest experts. The conference is a great opportunity for Ingeniux users to discuss site implementations with one another and ask Ingeniux developers for expert recommendations.
At the conference, attendees can take advantage of quality time with those closest to Ingeniux products - developers, trainers, product managers, and executives. This is a once-a-year opportunity to discuss the product with Ingeniux and to tell us in person what features you'd like to see in future versions. We know you have great ideas, and we're eager to listen!
Fresh, Fun Networking and Social Events
As always we'll host three fun and fruitful networking events as part of the conference, and this year there's a lot to look forward to!
The Opening Reception will take place Wednesday September 28th at 5:00 PM. After you register, join us at the Pan Pacific Hotel for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and networking. After the reception, we invite everyone to join us at SIFF Film Forum for a private film screening for Ingeniux User Conference attendees' eyes only! Complimentary drinks and snacks will be available. On the evening of September 29th we'll host our annual Thursday Night Party! We're mixing it up this year, with a fresh new venue and entertainment.
Stay tuned: More event details will be released this summer!
