Sean Riedel

Sean Riedel joined Ingeniux as the director of customer engagement after spending 16 years in the field of higher education, most recently as an associate vice president and chief communication officer for Knox College. He brings a long history of Ingeniux familiarity with him as he was a CMS customer for 11 of those years.

Since that time Sean has taken on more oversight at Ingeniux including training, documentation, development services, and project management in addition to support and SaaS services as the VP of Operations. Sean blends his roots in the systems area of IT with a strong sense of marketing to meet customer objectives and operational goals. One of his primary areas of focus is the Ingeniux software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and helping customers find internal resource savings while taking advantage of all of the reliability advantages of cloud-based services.
