Matt CyrVP of Strategic Practices and Practice Lead for Higher Education
Matt Cyr is the VP of Strategic Practices and Practice Lead for Higher Education, and has been the strategic lead on the Antioch University team since the engagement began in the fall of 2016. Prior to joining Primacy he was the Director of Digital Marketing at Clark University, a liberal arts-based research university - where he led a website redesign that included implementation of a personalization strategy - and Director of Digital Strategy at Northeastern University's College of Professional Studies, a leader in online and experiential education.
Before moving into higher education, Matt spent 17 years in healthcare, working in marketing communications roles at Boston Children's Hospital, and organizational management positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
Matt has a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, including the challenges and opportunities that colleges and universities face as they look to identify and recruit prospects who will become successful students and passionate alumni. He has expertise in strategic marketing and communications; brand definition and activation; content strategy, development and personalization; website implementations; and the intersection of people, processes and systems in the admissions process.
Matt and his wife Sara are the proud parents of 11-year-old triplets.
