Overview

The Ingeniux Newsletter Module allows your organization to create and archive newsletters with ease. Managed directly in the CMS, you can leverage your existing web content to populate your newsletters with the latest updates from your organization.

Reuse key content to drive traffic back to your website and landing pages, or generate unique editorial content to customize your messages. Manage newsletters for multiple audience segments by tagging content in the CMS for different groups and developing multiple newsletter templates, each with a unique design and content strategy.

Flexible and easy to implement, the Newsletter Module ensures you deliver the right message to the right audience every time.

How it Works

Create newsletters in the CMS apps pane by selecting a newsletter template and setting a date range. Multiple templates can be stored in the CMS for different audience segments. Select ‘Create New Newsletter’ and a page will be added to the CMS site tree where you can edit and preview content.

Create custom content for the newsletter, or pull-in content automatically based on pre-determined criteria and taxonomy categories.

When the content has been finalized, publish the page to your live website. Once published, you can generate HTML for the content and send the newsletter through your preferred email distribution system.
