Ingeniux 360 Site Support is a premium support program designed to assist your site administrators and developers in order to get the most out of Ingeniux CMS implementations and advance their technical skills through further training in the process.

The 360 Site Support program is designed to complement the standard Ingeniux software support and maintenance program. Ingeniux 360 Site Support focuses on the people who build and maintain your Ingeniux implementations by providing direct access to Ingeniux Professional Services developers, advanced training opportunities, regular site audits, and best practice services designed to keep your Ingeniux implementation optimized.

Ingeniux 360 Packaged Services

Ingeniux 360 Site Support includes the following annual services:

• On-Call Development Support. Up to thirty (30) hours per year of Ingeniux Professional Services to be used anyway you like. Ask questions, support your development efforts or engage the Ingeniux Professional Services staff to deliver your solutions.
• Advanced Developer Training. Two (2) seats for Ingeniux Advanced Developer Training in Seattle, Washington. This three day course provides advanced training on XML/XSLT development and Ingeniux Solutions.
• Biannual Site Audits. A professional audit of your Ingeniux implementation twice per year to align your site implementation with best practices in content management. Regular site audits help prevent downtime and reduce administrative overhead associated with managing your site infrastructure.
• Application Modules. Community source code license to Ingeniux Application Modules, such as Calendar, Polls, Surveys, Blogs, Advanced Search and Photo Gallery.
• Two Oxygen XML Editor 9 Professional Edition Licenses. Receive two (2) copies of a leading XML development product. Simplifies development of Ingeniux schemas and stylesheets and integrating Ingeniux application modules.
