Ingeniux 360 Site Support is a premium support program designed to help site administrators and developers get the most out of Ingeniux CMS implementations through training opportunities, on-call developer support, site audits and road maps.

360 Site Support program is designed to complement the standard Ingeniux software support and maintenance program. Ingeniux 360 Site Support focuses on the people who build and maintain Ingeniux implementations by providing direct access to Ingeniux Professional Services developers, advanced training opportunities, regular site audits, and best practice services designed to keep your Ingeniux implementation optimized.

Ingeniux 360 Packaged Services

Ingeniux 360 Site Support includes the following annual services:

  • On-Call Development Support. Up to thirty-five (35) hours per year of Ingeniux Professional Services to be used anyway you like. Ask questions, support your development efforts or engage the Ingeniux Professional Services staff to deliver your solutions.
  • Training. Ten (10) training credits to be used for Ingeniux training courses of your choice. A single training credit reserves one seat for one day of training.
  • Site Audits. A professional audit of your Ingeniux implementation once a year to align your site implementation with best practices in content management. Regular site audits help prevent downtime and reduce administrative overhead associated with managing your site infrastructure.
  • Two Oxygen XML Editor Licenses. Two (2) copies of a leading XML development product to simplify development of Ingeniux schemas and stylesheets and the integration of Ingeniux Application Modules.
