The marketing department wanted greater control over creating content and incorporating lead generation forms into new marketing initiatives. SOLUTION
Matrix Direct licensed Ingeniux CMS to empower its marketing team to directly manage website content, and engaged Ingeniux Professional Services to deliver fast, scalable and secure lead generation forms. Using the Ingeniux CMS FormsBuilderTM technology, the lead generation forms were componentized so marketing editors could select from a library of forms and easily drop them onto web pages and develop new campaigns. Leads are submitted to Matrix Direct on a real-time basis and are processed using a set of business rules to validate and preserve lead data. To meet Matrix Direct's enterprise requirements for compliance and security, the company opted for the Ingeniux CMS On-Demand product, and the entire system—including CMS application, website, and leads database—is hosted in Ingeniux's SAS-70 cloud hosting solution.
