Ingeniux Corporation Announces Strategic Alliance with Redbeard Communications

Ingeniux Corporation, a provider of XML-based Web content management software, and Redbeard(TM) Communications, a brand strategy and creative design firm specializing in the financial industry, announced a strategic alliance at the CUES Nexus Conference. Together the companies developed a value-based content management solution exclusively for credit unions. A product demonstration is available at the CUES Nexus Conference.

Ingeniux Contact Management System (CMS) provides a centralized solution to manage Websites and standardize site design. Its browser-based software allows users to author and edit Web pages without using HTML or complex programming languages. This solution, combined with Redbeard's branding and design expertise, will offer credit unions a well-designed, highly functional Website at an economical price.

The winning product will be announced May 25, 2005.
