Occidental College uses Ingeniux CMS to deliver compelling user experiences to key audiences.

Occidental is not only one of the oldest liberal arts colleges on the west coast, but also one of the nation's leading liberal arts colleges. Located in Los Angeles, California, Occidental was ranked 36^th among the nation's top liberal arts colleges for 2008 by US News and World Reports.

Occidental has been a long-time customer of Ingeniux. In order to expand their web presence and build upon their brand, Occidental created an enhanced design for their website and collaborated with Zango Creative for the HTML cut-up of their designs. Ingeniux stepped into to provide a complete site update. Ingeniux upgraded their website from Version 4.2 of the software to Version 5.5. This process required Ingeniux to update style sheets and schemas as well as provide a complete cleanup of the navigation components, upgrading software, and updating the site tree structure. Ingeniux was also responsible for major modifications to the Occidental News Section and the configuration of PodXite, the content-managed podcasting solution designed by Ingeniux to provide streaming media on Web sites.
