Morgan State University

Morgan State University is a historically black college located in Baltimore, Maryland, priding themselves on their commitment to higher education for an increasingly diverse population. Morgan State faced some difficulties in their redesign, as the design process stopped when the design firm they had originally teamed with went bankrupt.

Ingeniux and Zango Creative stepped in to complete the redesign of their entire site from start to finish. During the needs assessment process with Morgan State, Ingeniux identified all competing universities and the design direction and messaging they wanted to present to perspective students. Ingeniux best practices were used for template design and content reuse. Through focusing on their main objectives, Ingeniux was able to highlight Morgan State's most important attributes as a university, through the "Telling Our Story" pages. Within these pages, Morgan State reflected their story to the community and focused on special events going on at the school. This concentration on their website allowed them to reuse "Telling Our Story" pages on their homepage and throughout their site.
